Skyline Queenstown is an award winning tourist attraction, featuring a fantastic restaurant, event and conference facilities, the iconic Luge ride and Gondola access to mountain biking trails and the spectacular and much photographed view of Queenstown, the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.
As a Skyline Host you’ll be showing a professional and friendly face to guests, offering assistance and information about Skyline’s activities and food and beverage outlets, as well as ticketing and working to sales targets.
The successful applicant will be energetic and confident, with the initiative to work independently and proactively. A high standard of personal presentation, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills with people of different nationalities is essential. You will also need to be physically fit as you will be on your feet for extended periods of time.
At least 6 months Sales and Customer service experience in a similar environment is essential.
