The iconic Stratosfare restaurant caters to guests both for lunch and dinner; the unique banquet style dining experience caters to a range of different appetites overlooking some of the most exclusive views in New Zealand.

We are currently looking for a motivated and guest focused individual to join our busy Restaurant team. This is a full time position incorporating both Restaurant Reception and Food & Beverage Attendant responsibilities. 

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be handling a variety of duties including food service, front of house hosting and some bar work.  Previous experience in a café or restaurant is essential.  This is a position for someone who thrives in a busy environment and has the passion for working in a dynamic business with confidence and knowledge. 

As a Restaurant Receptionist you will be responsible for coordinating the guest experience during restaurant service by providing information, overseeing seating layouts and processing payments. Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills will be essential in ensuring all bookings are accurate, and all relevant information is received and communicated promptly as necessary. You’ll need to be a quick thinker and a problem solver.

The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a supportive and like-minded team. You will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, as well as the ability to relate to a wide range of people and cultures. 

You will also need to be flexible with working hours as shifts will include evenings, weekends and school/public holidays as required.
